If you love Twix chocolate
If you love Twix chocolate bars or caramel and chocolate desserts you absolutely have to try these no bake dessert cups and you’ll love them! They’re so delicious and easy to make! Everybody will be asking for more!
Perfect idea for dessert tables for all occasions be it birthday, wedding, baby shower or simply with a cup of tea or coffee.
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
RECIPE (makes 4 x 165ml / 6 oz cups):

1st layer:
80 g chocolate biscuits (6 x Bourbon biscuits)
20g (2 tbsp) melted butter unsalted
2nd layer:
270ml (1cup) whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
pinch of vanilla beans or 1 tsp vanilla essence
3rd layer:
200g (1/2 cup) caramel or dulce de lece
4th layer:
100ml (1/3 cup and 1 tbsp) heavy cream / double cream (heavy whipping cream)
100g dark chocolate
5th layer:
remaining vanilla cream
Decoration:
2 Twix bars (one double Twix bar)
reserved biscuit crumbs
