How To Measure The Performance Of A Scrum Master?

This is another question that I get asked a lot and for some reason, this question comes with really strong views of people of both sides of the spectrum.

In this video, I have tried to shed some light on this simple but clearly confusing topic of all times.

It turned out it's not that difficult of a thing to do after all.

I talk about, "The Team Elevation System", that I developed as a Scrum Master, which helped me circumvent this problem for me and my colleagues forever.

The performance of a Scrum Master can be measured and if you're willing to go a little further, it can be transcended to a level where it becomes so apparent that you don't even have to do anything. The results speak for themselves.
