It was time for an updated tour of my FJ Cruiser-Touring Set-up. It is a 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser and has had a few modifications done to make my touring around Australia easier for me, one being a 2-inch lift. Also running BFG KO2 all terrains 275/70/R17, TJM front bar, ARB skid plates, GME UHF radio, dominator winch from Kings which are all controlled from the inside console made by the department of interiors NSW, stedi light bar and some smaller lights I got from eBay. Navigation I use an Ipad mini and HEMA HX1. In the back, I have a travel buddy oven which is great for when. you are out on the road, an Engle fridge, the drawer system is from Drifta.
The FJ Cruiser has been set up for 4x4 Touring Over-landing in Australia and suits my need perfectly. The car has crossed the Simpson Desert twice and been to the Victorian High Country on several occasions and never given me any trouble. These are just a couple of places this FJ has been.
