Fix High GPU usage on DWM.exe (NVIDIA)

This video explains how to fix high GPU usage. It does affect your game performance, it can also cause blue screens on your PC.  Always check your task manager after doing a graphics card driver update!

For a more thorough way to roll back your Nvidia drivers, look up a program called DDU (display driver uninstaller)

This is fixed on the 2060 super on the nvidia driver released today (11/10/2022)
