Making quick and delicious puff pastry turnovers

Ready-made puff pastry is extremely versatile and a great ingredient to keep on hand.  Today Pranisha is showing us how to make quick puff pastry turnovers that can be filled with jam or icing.

Ingredients
1kg puff pastry
Milk to brush pastry
Crushed almonds (optional)

Fillings
Jam of your choice
or
Icing:
1 Cup icing sugar
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp butter
