Crispy Paneer pakora recipe in Hindi - Stuffed Paneer Pakora - Vegetable Paneer Pakora
Paneer pakora are a quick evening snack that has a lovely crispy texture with a moist, soft paneer from within.Today I have shared a different way of making crispy paneer pakora, I have grated the paneer and added finely chopped carrots, onions, green chillies and finely chopped onion to make the inner stuffing and then made a batter from gram flour and fried the pakoras. This delicious paneer pakoda comes together under 30 minutes and is sure to become your favorite.
I have also shared a green chutney recipe which goes very well with these crispy paneer pakoras.

Paneer 200 grams
Chopped carrot 2 tbspn
Chopped capsicum 2 tbspn
Chopped onion 1
Chopped green chilly 2
Some chopped coriander
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Black salt 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Ingredient for outer cover :
Besan 1 cup
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Water as required
Ingredient for green chutney :
Onion 1
Some fresh coriander
Some fresh pudina
Green chilly 2
Roasted channa dal 2tsp
Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
