A good Helsman must know how to counter
strong current especially when passing
narrow channel and Narrow Bridge.

Always pay attention to Master n pilot
order during hand steering operation.

Repeat Command if not clear by your side
to avoid mis communications between
pilot and Helsman.

Inform pilot or Master if steering not answering
due to strong current or vsl  engine was stopped.
