Candied Maple Bacon Wrapped Wings

Ingredients -
Smoke For 250F for 30 Mins
Then Smoke after saucer for 10 Mins
1 1/2 Lbs or 15 Wings
1 1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Pinch of Salt
Olive Oil
Apple Rub Seasoning (Optional)

Sauce
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

How to make Steps by Steps
1. In a Bowl with the Wings add olive oil and season with Paprika, Garlic & Onion Powder, cayenne Pepper, brown sugar and add salt.
2. Wrapped the seasoned chicken wings tightly around with bacon. Add Apple rub seasoning (Optional)
3. Grill for 30 Mins at 250F on the smoker.
4. For the sauce mix Brown sugar, red chili flakes,Maple syrup, a splash of vinegar and give that a mix.
5. Add the sauce on the wings and smoke for an additional 10 Minutes.
