The Oval Primo Shape Smoked
The Oval Primo Shape Smoked 6 racks of St. Louis Pork Ribs... BUT How Did They Turn Out? I am adapting my double indirect method for the Primo XL Oval Kamado originally developed for round grills to see if and how the oval shape comes into play for longer cuts of meat like these 6 racks of St. Louis ribs.
