How To Skip Forced Amazon Fire TV Update During Initial Setup (2017) Easy

An easy to follow step by step guide on how to skip the forced software update during the Amazon Fire TV initial setup process.

Works for all Amazon Fire TV Software versions including 5.2.1.1. If you are on a version 5.0.5.1 or older you can disable updates on your device after skipping the initial update, if your software is newer you will have to root your Fire TV to disable updates.
