Today I'm sharing my 4 AM morning routine as a full time working mom of 2. This is what my typical morning on a work day looks like in Winter of 2024.
Morning routine is so important to me! A little over 6 years ago, I read a book Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod and I have been practicing it ever since.
I find it that as a working mom I am constantly being pulled in many different directions, and I need some quiet time to myself to collect my thought and start the day with a positive mindset.
