   Step 2: Hold your breath for a count of four.
   Step 3: Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of four.

   Step 5: Repeat the cycle for several minutes.

3. Alternate Nostril Breathing:

   Step 1: Sit comfortably and close your right nostril with your right thumb.
   Step 2: Inhale deeply through your left nostril.
   Step 3: Close your left nostril with your right ring finger and release your right nostril.
   Step 4: Exhale through your right nostril.
   Step 5: Inhale through your right nostril, then close it and exhale through your left nostril.
   Step 6: Continue alternating for several minutes.
