Will IT RUN & RIDE? Garage Find Honda CT70 - First Start in Years

I found this old Honda CT70 mini bike in the back of a garage while rescuing a vintage car. I don't know the history of the motorcycle but it looks to have not been taken very good care of. The rusty exhaust is rotted in half, a bald dry rotted rear tire , and dirty oil among other issues. However the bike is all there so let's bring this classic Honda mini trail back to life. Was this a good deal or bad deal?
