No Bake Ube Mousse Cake: A Delicious twist for a Filipino delicacy

No  Bake Ube Mousse Cake
This Pinoy Mousse cake is a must try and should be served in every occasion. This recipe is very easy to make and delicious indeed. In this video we will use a store bought cake for the cake base, so there's no need to bake; and for the mousse we will whip all purpose cream and then add ube flavor. Cheese and ube halaya is optional but you can always add it if available.
Cake base:
10pcs. Cheese cake
1 tbsp ube syrup
Mousse layer:
500ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
300ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
1-2 tbsp ube flavor
2 tbsp gelatin, clear&unflavored(soaked in 2-3tbsp water)
3-4 tbsp hot water

Filling:(optional)
1 cup cheese
1 cup ube paste/halaya
whipped cream
