GUR WALE CHAWAL RECIPE | GUR WALE RICE | گڑ والے چاول بنانے کا طریقہ

Ingredients:
-rice [soaked ] 1 & 1\2 kg
-gur [jaggery] 1 & 1\2 kg
-water [according to rice]
-desi ghee 1 cup
-fennel 2 tb sp
-cinnamon sticks 4
-black cardamom 2
-green cardamom 10 to 12
-cooking oil 1 cup
DIRECTIONS:
-boil water in a pot ,
-add soaked rice in it when water is boiling,
-strain all rice water when rice are done 80%,
-put gur and water in a pan and heat until gur melts,
-make a boil ,
-in another pan ,add desi ghee.
-fennel, cinnamon , black cardamom and green cardamoms,
-fry for 1 to 2 minutes,
-then add this ghee into gur water,
-add 1 cup more oil,[or desi ghee]
-then add boiled rice,
-cook until all water drys,
-cover and leave for 5 minutes ,
-garnish with almonds ,raisins and dates.
