Welcome to pt2 of the 1Z TDI 2XX hp build, in this video I cover the issues I had with timing due to using the Polo 02R gearbox and flywheel which have no timing marks alloying me to timing up the crank/piston Nº1. Also the hybrid BV43 turbo gets unboxed and bolted on.
