Tip: add Chile árbol to make them more spicy!
Ingredients:
20 corn tortillas
12 New Mexico or guajillo Chile pods
1 roma tomato
1 garlic clove
1/2 white onion;sliced
2 tsp salt
Your favorite Melting cheese
Oil for frying
