No Trouble Found (NTFs) remains one of the more significant challenges in improving incident rate performance. Numerous existing conditions can create an NTF, which makes root cause analysis very difficult.

The goal of this short training video is to provide an overview of the CQI-14 NTF Decision Tree Tool and familiarize users with the overall process of using the tool to effectively to determine root causes.
