Ingredients
Pork carbonade or neck - 400 g.
Salt - 4 pinches
Ground black pepper - 4 pinches
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup.
Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
Breadcrumbs - 2-3 cups.
Vegetable oil - 700 ml.

Tonkatsu sauce:
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 4-5 tbsp.
Ketchup - 2 tbsp.
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 4-5 tbsp.
Vinegar 5-6% - 1.5 tbsp.
Dashida seasoning - 1 pinch (optional)
Ground black pepper - 2 pinches (optional)

For serving:
Boiled rice - 50-100 gr.
Fresh cabbage - 80-100 g.
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
Sesame oil - 0.5 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
Fresh cucumber (optional)
