Couesnon Monopole Trumpet

A short video that showcases my Couesnon Monopole trumpet manufactured in the year of 1921. I recorded a basic demo of the sound in both the B-falt and C trumpet setups. Its a horn that one needs to spend time on to get the hang of it. It has a Step-Bore design. Amazingly the compression is still excellent. It does not like to be pushed :-)...but can produce a nice cutting sound indeed. SOLD this gem to a dear friend of mine - he loves the C Trumpet setup.
