QUICK & EASY HOMEMADE SWEET CHILI SAUCE is a dipping sauce that is made of red bell pepper, red chilis, garlic, onion, vinegar, and sugar. Best partner with deep-fried foods like spring rolls, fried chicken etc.
Ingredients:
3 pcs red bell pepper
1 head of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
2 red chilis
1/4 cup of water
3/4 cup of vinegar
1 cup of sugar
4-6 tsp of slurry (cornstarch mixture)
