CHAPLI KABAB RECIPE

Ingredients:
Minced Mutton: 500 gm.
Salt: 1 tbsp.
Grated Onion: 4
Whole wheat flour: 4-5 tbsp.
Chilli flakes: 2-3 tbsp.
Anaar Dana: 1 tbsp.
Grated Ginger: 1 tbsp.
Rough Sounf + Mota dhaniya powder: 2 tbsp.
Chopped green chillies: 2
Grated garlic: 1 tbsp.
Roasted cumin powder: 1.5 tbsp.
Freshly chopped coriander
Chopped med. tomatoes: 3
Desi ghee: 3 tbsp.
Baking soda: 1 tbsp.
Finally shallow fry in Oil

नमक: 1 बड़ा चम्मच.
कद्दूकस किया हुआ प्याज: 4
गेहूं का आटा: 4-5 बड़े चम्मच
चिली फलैक्स : 2-3 बड़े चम्मच
अनार दाना: 1 बड़ा चम्मच
कसा हुआ अदरक: 1 बड़ा चम्मच
मोटा सौंफ़ + धनिया पाउडर: 2 बड़े चम्मच.
कटी हुई हरी मिर्च: 2
कद्दुकस किया हुआ लहसुन: 1 बड़ा चम्मच।
भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर: 1.5 बड़े चम्मच.
ताजा कटा हरा धनिया
कटा हुआ मध्यम आकार का टमाटर: 3
देसी घी: 3 बड़े चम्मच.
बेकिंग सोडा: 1 बड़ा चम्मच.
आखिर में तेल में फ्राई करे
