►WHAT IS VOCAL PITCH CONTROL?
Humans are uniquely able to consciously control the pitch of their voices. When you sing, you your vocal cords vibrate at a certain speed creating a certain frequency of sound. Pitch is one of the first things our brains recognize when hearing a voice, and can be the difference between a good singer and a great singer. Whether it’s hitting that high note, or digging deep for that Johnny Cash bass note, the pitch of your voice is arguably one of, if not the most, vital parts of singing.
