Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 is a strategy game in real time for PC (Windows 98 onwards ) , the sequel to Command & Conquer: Red Alert whose events take place between late 1960 and early 1970, according to information shown in parts of the game. It is considered one of the greatests exponents of the genre. Created by Westwood Studios and published by Electronic Arts in 2000 .

Red Alert took place in a parallel universe where Einstein got in 1946 to build a time machine to travel back in time to 1924 , and deleting Adolf Hitler from the Timeline by giving him a handshake.
