Making Springerle Cookie Molds with Resin

This is the step-by-step process I follow for making/copying springerle molds.  

If you're wanting to copy a wax springerle mold, this method won't work because the gelatin might melt the wax.  Please see my other video here: Copying a Wax Springerle Cookie Mold



If you want to make more than one or two copies of a springerle mold, that would be another reason to use the silicone method in the other video. The silicone positive (in the other video) is sturdy and able to be copied many times; whereas the gelatin positive (in this video) would need to be melted down and re-cast for every copy.
