Bulova Precisionist Sweeping Second Hand in Slow-Motion

Slow-motion (1/4 normal speed) video of the second hand of my Bulova Precisionist quartz watch. The second hand can be seen actually ticking at 16 times per second as it moves. Video taken using a Samsung Note 5 cell phone with the slow-motion option.
