Terraria Items that can penetrate enemy defense? (Armor penetration in Terraria)

Some Terraria enemy has thick armor, like possessed armor. As the name implies, it is heavily armored... it has, like 28 defense. You can't let your damage being lost because of that defense stat, and luckily, there are some way to ignore some enemy defense...

Blade staff's blades are one of the interesting minions in Terraria, because it can penetrate up to 25 defense stat. No other minion does that I guess... Hopefully. But there are more weapons and items that can ignore enemy defense, so you can easily demolish enemy... And of course, there are accessories as well, because why not. We do need all that accessories that allows you to reduce enemy's defense stat...

Well, there are things like ichor bullet, which grants enemy debuff called "ichor", and it works just like player version of buffs, but that's not ignoring defense stat, rather, that's just reducing the defense stat. Does that count as "Armor penetration"?... Maybe that's something we all need to think about it.
