In this video we are going to see how to install Ubuntu Desktop 23.04 on VirtualBox 7.0 with Guest Additions step by step.
First download the Ubuntu 23.04 desktop iso file from Ubuntu website https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop
Create the Ubuntu 23.04 VirtualMachine in VirtualBox 7 and install the OS.
Internet connection is needed for dependent packages. apt command automatically fetch all packages from internet.
After installing the OS execute the below commands.
sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y build-essential linux-headers-$(uname -r)
After executing the commands run Virtual Box Guest Additions CD as shown in this video.
After installing Guest additions check the screen resolution and Shared folders, Shared Clipboard functionality in Ubuntu Desktop 23.04
