Alan Dawson's Rudimental Ritual is one of the great drum drilling standards. Many generations of drummers, especially the ones coming through Berklee College of Music in Boston, have learned, memorized and internalized this piece. I've made it part of my daily routine (my "ritual" so to speak) during the lockdown so I could train the German grip on my left hand (I used to use traditional grip). I added the music notation so you can follow along. Enjoy and leave a comment!
