Rant-Fest '24, I Am Not Angry

I'm not angry. Someone asked me why I am so angry that I needed to start a Rant-Fest. Well, let me set the record straight. ➡️ Rant-Fest '24 didn't come about because I want to raise my blood pressure and burst a blood vessel. Nope, not at all. ➡️ For me, I want to point out gaps and flaws on different subjects. From hiring processes that are longer than the Pan-American Highway to 𝗳𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘂𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘆𝘀. I believe I can do that in an entertaining, non-offensive, not-losing-my-mind-in-anger way. ➡️ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁, and I want you all to have fun with it. That’s why I asked for your submissions regarding topics you feel deserve a rant. Think of it as a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗺 and less boring PowerPoints.
