Are you looking for a budget but healthy dish for your family’s snack? Then try my super easy lumpiang gulay made with sausage and vegetables. I guarantee you even your picky eater kid will love this. Enjoy, watch, and let the cooking do the talking.  


Ingredients:
Chinese Pork Sausage
Onions
Garlic
Carrots
Sweet Potatoes (Kamote)
Sayote
Green Beans
Snow Peas
Cabbage
Celery
Kinchay
Salt & Pepper
Lumpia Wrapper

Recipe
Step 1 (0:41)
Prepare the ingredients.

Step 2 (4:14)
Heat the oil in a large cooking pan. Saute the garlic, onions, carrots, sweet potatoes, celery, sayote, green beans, snow peas, kinchay, and sausage cabbage. Season with salt and pepper then set aside.

Step 3 (5:52)
Add the stir-fried vegetable to a lumpia wrapper. Roll the wrapper according to the video. Seal the roll with water.

Step 4 (7:58)
Deep fry the lumpia.

Serve on a large plate. Garnish with parsley.
