Control blinking speed of an LED using a potentiometer with a PIC16F877A microcontroller.

Hello guys,
          Controlling delays by using some external device like a potentiometer can save you alot of hard work of reprogramming the circuit again and again to change the speed. This tutorial will show you to do that.
