SILCOOL™ TIA251GF: 2-Part Silicone Gap Filler

SILCOOL TIA251GF is a two-part silicone gap filler, with high thermal conductivity of 5.1 W/mK. It also boasts good dispensability (around 100g/min @ 90psi, 2mm) as well as excellent vertical stability.

TIA251GF displays stable mechanical performance after reliability testing, as well as stable thermal resistance after different reliability test (150C, 85C 85%RH, -40C to 150C thermal shock).

It can be used in various automotive and electronics applications.
