How to enable comments in Video Hub App in Centre of Excellence starter kit ?

This video demonstrates the process of enabling comments within the Power Platform Centre of Excellence Starter kit app - Video Hub App.

By default, the comments are not activated while using the Video Hub app. Environment variables settings available in the Admin Command Centre app available in the centre of excellence starter kit.
