How to remove a security ink tag from clothes

This ink tag was shipped with the ink tag attached to the shirt and the local outlet store couldnt remove the tag.
I'm not posting this for fraud reasons but it is the second time a security tag was left on clothes we bought and I'm sure it has happened to other people...I was not going to ship it back for them to remove it.
