Something delicious, hot and cold. You can make them with any stuffing and enjoy their taste. Perfect for a picnic, lunch for work or school, or for a party. You must try it because they are amazing and they are made really fast. I recommend
Ingredients:
16 tortilla 17 cm (two packages)
250 g of yellow cheese
First stuffing:
40 grams of minced meat
half an onion
1 clove of garlic
2 teaspoons of tomato paste (or ketchup)
frying oil,
spices (salt, pepper, sweet pepper, oregano)
Second stuffing:
30 grams of mushrooms, half an onion
1-2 cloves of garlic
a handful of spinach leaves,
salt
frying oil
