Grilled marinated pork ribs

Grilled marinated spare ribs. This is one amazing marinade from my mother in law. Marinade overnight or at least 1 hour before grilling. You can use this on chicken as well. You wanna cook them directly over the heat turning every 3 min until you get a nice char. Then wrap in foil for at least 45 min. After unwrap and add some more marinade and leave for an additional 15 min. Then remove and let rest for 10 min before slicing them up. Grill temp at 400 degrees. These were absolutely amazing.

Marinade
1/2 block achiote
2 guajillo chiles roasted
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup water

Season ribs with chicken bouillon and also apple cider vinegar.
