Uncharted 4 - How to climb the clock tower and ring the bell (chapter 11)?

Nathan has to climb the clock tower and ring the large bell in chapter 11 - Hidden in Plain Sight. The climb is divided into two parts. The first part is about reaching and ringing four smaller bells in the correct order. You must get to the Scorpio zodiac sign mechanism, to the Aquarius mechanism, to the Leo mechanism and finally to the Taurus mechanism. Follow the route from the video to achieve that.
The second part is about getting to the main clock tower bell. The trickiest moment is when you'll have to rotate one of the clock tips so that Nathan will be able to jump on it to continue the climb. After reaching the main bell you must jump on it and start swinging so that it rings. The last part is a series of actions which you must perform perfectly to keep Nate alive.
