US President Joe Biden says he's determined to get bilateral relations back on track when he meets with China's Xi Jinping in San Francisco on Tuesday. The leaders are set to meet on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum taking place in California. The highly anticipated meeting will be only their second face-to-face meeting and the stakes are high for both Washington and Beijing.
