Javitri & Jaifal powder: 2tsp
Salt: to taste
Yogurt: 150gm
Ginger & Garlic paste: 3tsp
Oil: 150ml
Barista (onion fry): Half portion of the fry
Mint Leaves
For Biryani

Rice (Basmati): 700gm
Cumin seeds: 2tsp
Salt: 4-5tsp
Oil: 2-3tsp
For Biryani Layering

Yogurt with food color ( If you need)
Biryani Msala: 2tsp
Rose water (optional): 2tsp
Kewra water ( optional): 2tsp
Milk: 100 ml
Ghee: 50gm
Barista: rest of it
