This is a 3 day full body split program using only dumbbells. It’s well-designed for someone in their first 1-2 years of building muscle.

When you don’t have access to a barbell and machines, you have to get creative with exercises in order to allow for progressive overload. I’ve designed this program particularly to allow you to progress as you gain strength and size.
