Lodha Belmondo CLUB & SPA MEMBERSHIP is unfairly demanded from NRI flat-buyer who opted out of Club

The builder-buyer agreement of Lodha Belmondo is actually only about sale of the flat. The club and Spa membership and annual charges are forcefully injected into this agreement. This video is about an NRI based in Singapore who refused to take club and spa membership and pay the charges. In response to this, Lodha developers / Macrotech Developers has been withholding possession of the flat (for which he has fully paid every paisa) for the past 4-5 years.
