کیک یخچالیمواد لازم: بیسکوئیت پتی

مواد لازم:
بیسکوئیت پتی بور 2 بسته
پودر قند 5 قاشق غذا خوری
کره آب شده 50 گرم
شیرگرم شده 1 لیوان سرخالی معادل 200 میلی لیتر
پودر کاکائو 2 قاشق غذاخوری
مغز پسته خرد شده 2 قاشق غذاخوری
فندق خرد شده 2 قاشق غذاخوری
وانیل
شکلات آب شده و پودر پسته و نارگیل برای تزیین به مقدار لازم
طرز تهیه:
بیسکوئیت ها را داخل غذاساز ریخته و پودر کنید یا اینکه با دست خرد کرده تا به تکه های کوچک تبدیل شود.
بقیه مواد را به بسکوئیت ها اضافه کرده و ورز دهید. سلفون باز کرده و مواد را طبق فیلم لای سلفون بپیچید و به مدت 1 ساعت در یخچال بگذارید سپس به اندازه یک بند انگشت برش دهید و داخل شکلات آب شده بزنید و روی آن را با پودر پسته یا نارگیل تزیین کنید.

Heated milk 1 glass of redness equivalent to 200 ml
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Chopped pistachio kernels 2 tbsp
Chopped hazelnuts 2 tbsp
10 grams of vanilla
Melted chocolate and pistachio and coconut powder to decorate as needed
Preparation method:
Pour the biscuits into a food processor and grind or grind by hand to cut into small pieces.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the biscuits and knead. Open the cellophane and wrap the ingredients according to the cellophane film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then cut it to the size of a fingertip and put it in melted chocolate and decorate it with pistachio or coconut powder.
