Directions are straightforward on the box, and I've treated fish with this medicine a few times. - Fritz Paracleanse - geni.us/PBSOE - Levamisole: amzn.to/31AYbgE Primary symptoms of internal worms: 1) White, stringy fish poop 2) Fish is not eating like normal (or at all) 3) Fish may be hiding more often Steps for treating worms with Levamisole: 1. 50-75% water change 2. Mix 5 grams per 100 gallons in tank water. Use this ratio for your tank size (1 gram for 20 gallons, etc.). I would err on the lower end of the dose - levamisole is potent! (1 gram is roughly 0.23 teaspoons). 3. After 24 hours, complete a 50% water change 4. After another 48 hours, complete a 50-75% water change 5. After 3 weeks, repeat this cycle 1-2 more times until symptoms dissipate Make sure to remove carbon from filters and monitor fish closely.
