ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଜମି ଉପରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଓ ଗୋଷ୍ଠିଗତ ଅଧିକାରକୁ ସୁନିଶ୍ଟିତ କରିବା ଏହି ଯୋଜନାର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ । ଏହା ସହିତ ସମସ୍ତ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ମୂଳକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଗୁଡିକୁ ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ସହିତ ଯୋଡି ଜନଜାତି ମାନଙ୍କ ଜୀବିକାରେ ସ୍ଥାୟିତ୍ବ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯିବ। ସର୍ଭେ ହୋଇ ନ ଥିବା ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଗାଁ ଗୁଡିକୁ ରାଜସ୍ବ ଗ୍ରାମର ମାନ୍ୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ ।
ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ରାଜସ୍ବ ଓ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରମିଳା ମଲ୍ଲିକ, ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଓ ପରିବେଶ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଦୀପ କୁମାର ଅମାତ, ରାଜସ୍ବ ବିଭାଗର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ସତ୍ୟବ୍ରତ ସାହୁ, UNDP, ବେସରକାରୀ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ବସୁନ୍ଧରା, ପ୍ରଦାନ ଆଦି ସଂସ୍ଥାର ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଏବଂ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଜନଜାତି ହିତାଧିକାରୀମାନେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ । ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜନଜାତି ଓ ଜାତି ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗର କମିଶନର-ତଥା-ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ରୂପାରୋଶନ ସାହୁ ସ୍ବାଗତ ଭାଷଣ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ଓ ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜନଜାତି ବିଭାଗର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରମଣୀ ତ୍ରିପାଠୀ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।
