This Sonic 06 PC fan-game (which is the third demo released - the previous demos in 2016 & 2017 allowed us to play part of Kingdom Valley and Dusty Desert respectively) is designed to mimic the original PS3/Xbox360 console version as accurately as possible. So in other words it's still a nightmare to play through stages.
It's an impressive demo.
