How to Speed Up Windows 10 Performance

It is amazing how many settings are there in Windows 10 that you could change to optimize its performance. I have created a list of 13 tips and tricks that you could use to improve the performance of Windows with timestamps. You don't need to apply all the 13 tricks to get the results.
