The MOAB has crossed over to the PS3. I should get a title in game for getting one on both consoles!
The easiest way to get one is to play 6 v 6 domination with a team. Start off with scavenger, hardline, and stalker. Communicate so you and your teammates know where enemies are spawning. Avoid dangerous sections of the map. Notice I never go to certain parts of the map.
