Taking a Fall

The plaintiff sold his boxing club to the defendant, but he hasn’t been paid in full, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says she purchased the business from the plaintiff with the agreement that he would run the club for a couple of weeks. The defendant claims the plaintiff ran the business to the ground during those two weeks and lost 17 clients. The defendant is countersuing for the money she says she lost because of the plaintiff.
