The modernization of the domestic M-84 tanks is one of the most important items in the five-year plan to equip the Serbian Armed Forces with weapons and equipment from the domestic dedicated industry.
The first steps in the serial renewal of the fleet of main battle tanks were made already this year, and the modernized domestic tanks should drastically increase the combat capabilities of the units of the Serbian Army.
Serial modernization of the domestic tank M-84 is among the absolute priorities of the defense system for this and the next years.
Modernizacija domaćih tenkova M-84 jedna je od najvažnijih stavki u petogodišnjem planu opremanja Vojske Srbije naoružanjem i opremom iz pogona domaće namenske industrije.
Prvi koraci serijske obnove voznog parka glavnih borbenih tenkova su napravljeni već ove godine, a modernizovani domaći tenkovi trebalo bi da drastično povećaju borbene sposobnosti jedinica kopnene vojske Srbije.
Serijska modernizacija domaćeg tenka M-84 je među apsolutnim prioritetima sistema odbrane za ovu i naredne godine.
